Jon concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation, primarily focusing on cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, criminal misdemeanors and felonies, DUI/DWI charges, motor vehicle accidents, administrative law, professional licensing, and fish and game cases. Jon is a member of the Bar of the State of Vermont and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.

Christopher E. Pelkey

Chris concentrates his practice on transactional issues, including residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, contracts and leases; wills, trusts, estates and probate matters; the creation of LLCs, L3Cs and corporations; and general business matters.

Sarah L. Field, former president and shareholder of the firm Field & Field P.C., has been in private practice in central Vermont since 1986. She concentrates her practice in general civil transactional matters including residential and commercial real estate transactions, sales and secured loan and lease transactions, bank financing and closings and settlement agent services; business formations, acquisitions, and dissolutions, title examinations and title insurance.

Rusty is a retired trial attorney with a distinguished career of trying all types of cases in family, criminal, and civil courts. Although he is no longer actively practicing law, Rusty remains involved with the firm, lending his experience to support the team in various capacities.

Kerry has been with us for 28 years. She oversees the office and day-to-day operations to ensure we run in a smooth and efficient manner to allow our legal team to focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. She handles client billing, logging medical records, preparing estate planning documents and assists with real estate transactions. Outside of the office Kerry loves to paint and craft, party plan and decorate, and spend time with her 4 year old grandson.

Kelly joined our team in 2024 and has become an invaluable asset.
