Brooke Dingledine concentrates her talents in environmental, land use/zoning, ACT 250, education/school law, municipal law, civil litigation, employment and discrimination law, and professional regulation.
Brooke attended the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her B.S., summa cum laude and was a Phi Kappa Phi Scholar. In 1994 she earned her J.D., cum laude and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law, magna cum laude from Vermont Law School. Brooke served as a law clerk to the United States Department of Justice Environmental Enforcement Section and is admitted to the Bar of District of Columbia, Massachusetts and Vermont. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Vermont Bar Association, Vermont Association for Justice and the Washington County Bar Association, for which she served as President from 2004 to 2008.
Brooke is a Vermont attorney who has effectively represented clients in the state courts in Vermont including the towns of Barre, Montpelier, Waterbury, Middlesex, Northfield, Chelsea, Williamstown, Randolph, Waitsfield, Warren, Stowe, Morrisville, Hyde Park, Burlington, South Burlington, Williston, Winooski, Colchester, Richmond, Bolton, St. Johnsbury, Lyndonville, Newport, White River, and Bradford.
Brooke lives in Randolph with her family who are the proud owners of two Labrador Retrievers. She served as a local school board member for 15 years and has volunteered as a youth sports coach and leadership mentor. Brooke is also an avid gardener and enjoys telemark skiing.
