Gary concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation. He has been a partner with the firm since 1980. He received his B.A. from the University of Vermont and a J.D. Degree from Western New England College. He is admitted to the Bar in Vermont and the U.S. District Court of Vermont. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association and a current member of the Vermont and Washington County Bar Associations.
Among years of successful trials and significant settlements, Gary has donated his time to numerous cases without charging any fee. In the late 1990’s he represented the six children of a woman who was missing under suspicious circumstances. Over a period of one and a half years, without fee, he successfully obtained Social Security death benefits for the children. This result occurred because of a court trial that convinced the presiding judge to order the medical examiner to issue a death certificate. This was accomplished in spite of the fact that no body was ever found.
Gary resides with his wife Karen and their two children in Plainfield, Vermont. Gary spends most of his free time with his children or golfing.
